If you measure values in the indicated range on the right hand side of the fuser, the lamp is fine (240V fusers will read 3-4 times higher on the right hand side).

Open the top cover of the printer. Using a long magnetic philips screwdriver, remove the 4 large silver screws at each corner of the fuser assembly, and then pull straight up to remove the assembly. A word of caution when reinstalling the fuser: Before lowering the fuser into place, push backwards with your index finger on the white connector located on the left side of the printer (otherwise you may trigger a "13 paper jam" error).
