But seriously it either of these, you,d better hope its the first one as this is a faulty cartridge and easily resolved by buying a new cartridge.
If your laser has failed its buy a new printer time
Faulty completely open circuit electrical connection to the magnetic roller.
Failed or obscured laser beam in the printer.
