This happens on XP SP2 and Vista PCs.

Are you having it spooled, or sent directly to the printer? How is the printer connected?

It is an ethernet network printer with a static IP
The Advanced printer settings are:
Spool print documents so program finishes printing faster
Start printing immediately
Should we try Direct to Printer?

Your server spooler may be corrupt. Re-install the drivers on it.
If installed locally, check all computers driver.

I am going to have them try the setting 'Print Direct to Printer' on the large print jobs to see if that makes a difference.
I will research to see if there is an updated driver for the Jetdirect card.
