HP Color LJ 3600 Magenta misaligned

The magenta color is mislaigned through all the copies. I changed cartridge and did a full calibrate still same. Any Ideas??

Check all consumables first, so toner transfer ext.. Then could be sacaner assy one of the mirrors could have come un stuck 4 mirrors 2 motors in one assy.(the mirror could be miss aligned). then it could be bouards, so dc controller. I hope it is a consumble If you need manual let me know. Jon

Hi¡ I have the same problem. Magenta and Blue mislaigneds. I change the cartridges and calibrate, but doesn't works. Any Ideas? Thanks
