OK this has been driving me mad for weeks now. I came across a link on the HP website about soaking a HP cartridge in some water to revive it. Can I refind it NO CHANCE. Does anyone have a link or have they come across this info on the hp site before.

Been discussed hundreds of times on this forum. Dunk the bottom part in really hot water, blot dry on a paper towel. You should see all the colors on the towel.

Yeah I know how to do this but need to find the link on hps web site. by the way using really hot water is not advisable and i would only ever recommend luke warm water.
