I have the above printer and one day it won't print. It comes up with several different errors each time. 6100, 5c10, 5100. All of them according to the manual should stop after u turn off the machine and then turn back on. There is nothing blocking anything, nothing broken and the alarm still comes on. Please help me I am at my wits end with this machine and fear I have to buy a new one. I have even taken the ink cartridges out and back again. PPPLLLEEEAAASSSE Help me. Thanks
Try this-turn off your printer, unplug the cable and the the power cord, let it sit for 10 minutes-plug the pwoer cord back in, then the cable and power it up
