Help i got this lexmark x7350 from thrift stor e but it did not have the cd. I downloaded the driver from lexmark now i am trying to scan and edit a document & it says that the ocr software is not installed so i downloaded abbyy reader & i get the same message or the message that says that it came with the cd. how can i get the printer to reconize the ocr that is installed
I have that same printer and use it primarily for scanning and copying.
Lexmark uses an All in One productivity suite of software and I'm not aware of anyway around using their software to work the OCR function on this printer.
I have the CD and would be willing to burn a copy for ya for a minimal S&H charge.
